circumstances. We work with a variety of financial institutions, all of which are familiar with Nichol Creek Farms, and offer land loans. Owner Financing is also available.
Every
homesite comes with a recent survey and, a warranty
deed that guarantees that the title to your land is
free of any past problems. Title opinion and title insurance
are also available – a third-party guarantee against
any potential flaw.
While the survey and warranty deed may
sound like nothing more than another stack of paper,
they protect you against unscrupulous developers. Don’t
buy land without them!
